Returns

• If you'd like to return an item please email info@lokilondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a returns label.
• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached.
• Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
• Your refund will then be processed and credited to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
